LIVESTRONG!!

So as many of you know I currently work at OSU doing clinical cancer research. OSU has one of the most renound cancer centers in the nation, so Lance Armstrong made an appearance on campus last week to speak on Livestrong Day! I had heard he was pretty arrogant, but he seemed really down to earth and gave an amazing speech at the medical center. I hope cancer reasearch will continue to provide new therapies to cure/treat those that suffer with the disease, like my nephew. Livestrong! Here are some pics of Lance for your enjoyment.

Chelsea,
It has been YEARS since I have seen you, but I stumbled on your blog tonight and just wanted to say hi and how awesome I think it is that you do cancer research, my husband has kidney cancer-so keep up the good work! :)

Hey Chels! I work at the Hunstman Cancer Hospital and Lance visited us not too long ago too. I got to shake his hand and everything. He met with Mr. Huntsman and gave some money...sweet! Keep up the good work!! Too bad Jer's gone, but looks like your countdown is coming to an end. Hopefully CV will warm up for you-it's rainy today.

Hey there! It was so fun to run into you here in CV last weekend! I didn't realize you are husbandless all summer. I hope you find some fun things and people to keep you busy. Last I remembered, you had wanted to go to medical school...but now you are doing an MBA, is that right? I admire your ambition! Good luck with everything, and stay in touch!
